Description
Pulmonary atresia, VSD with confluent branch pulmonary arteries and PDA. Additionally, there is a right aortic arch with a tortuous PDA inserting into the RPA as well as an ASD. The left subclavian artery originates first off the aorta with then a common origin of the left and right carotid arteries followed by the right subclavian artery.
3 weeks old, 44 cm, 2.92 kg, 0.19 m2, HR 140.
CT dose volume index is 0.5 mGy and DLP=4.0.
