Description

Suicide has a strong association with mood disorders and depression. The areas of the brain that lead to suicidal thoughts are still largely unknown, but areas of the brain that control emotions, such as the limbic system, are thought to play a role. This is a model of one hemisphere of the brain. The limbic system is seen along the inner portion of the brain, surrounding the ventricle. At present, this model does not have a separate STL for the limbic system, but it is easy colored in after printing. Check back soon for a separate STL file for the limbic system!
