This is thetray portion of the 2-part gel tray. This was designed for compatibility with the Biorad Sub-Sell GT agarose gel system with the intention of allowing for horizontal casting of polyacrylamide in the same system. This portion should be surrounded with tape to create a deep mold and 50 ml of initiated acryamide prepolymer should be added. The lid/comb portion can then be added carefully to complete the mold.
