Description
Adult, 120lbs, 68in, 1.62 m^2 with pulmonary atresia, VSD s/p BTS s/p full repair and eventual PVR with 21 mm SynerGraft. Now with severe PS and mild PI but moderate RVE and RAE. Mild LV enlargement. Moderate RV enlargement at 133 ml/m^2. Mild PR. Mild aortic root dilation. RVEDVi = 133 ml/m^2, LVEDMi = 109.5 g/m^2.
Learning Points Right ventricle enalargement due to prolonged exposure to increased RV volume from regurgitant pulmonary valve.
