Description

Printed three versions. Large, Medium, and Small. Large based off of 100% scale of model. Medium scaled to 95%, and small to 90%.Mask Print SettingsNozzle: 0.4Line Width: 0.4 Layer Height: 0.2Bottom Layers: 4Top Layers: 5Wall Count: 3/4 (alternates every layer)Infill: 10% / GyroidTemperature: 210 Nozzle / 70 BedFan Cooling: 100% at layer 5Filter Insert Print SettingsSame as above, but adjusted wall count to 2/3 I also printed in ABS. Same settings as above minus temperature (240 nozzle / 110 bed) and fan cooling @ 20% at layer 5.Also, for ease of use I added an \L\ , \M\ , and \S\ to the inside of the mask as well as the filter insert to assist in identifying sizing quickly.Printed on a Voron 2.1.2 enclosed printer (http://vorondesign.com/).Masks and trays are sterilized and packaged after assembly.Note: The filter medium in the pictures was for fit reference only. Similar thickness as N95 filter, but I didnt have any on hand at that time.
