I recently added a larger 65mm filter size to the Basic Respirator project. This option provides better breathability for long term use. The previous version with a smaller 48mm filter size is better suited for short-term use and conservation of filter material.Visit the submission page or https://basicrespirator.com for more info. This prototype is a work in progress that I am testing with hospitals and updates to the project are posted frequently. The gcode attached is to print 1 filter assembly with Hatchbox PLA at 0.20mm with no supports.
